It’s been quite a journey for owners Carrie and Chris Lichtman, who each bring more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the company. The husband-wife duo decided to merge career paths after relocating to California. Carrie had already spent years running her own cleaning businesses and building new clientele as she moved around the country with her husband. Manager Chris started as a professional chef and worked his way up to director of operations. After settling in Ventura County, Carrie and Chris decided to become business partners and established Completely Clean Home in October 2017. The initial brand was a starting point that allowed Chris and Carrie to build their clientele and assemble a small team. After nearly four years of success, they knew it was time for a fresh look that would propel their company into the future.
“Over these past four years, nearly all of our referrals have been through word of mouth,” says Carrie. “Now that we’ve proven our ability to successfully acquire and retain clients, we want to look more like the established company we’ve already become. With the new brand and website, we’re embracing a look and feel that matches the quality of our cleaning services. All the things we stand for—reliability, trust, consistency—are all reinforced with these changes.”
